Four offices. Ten agents who grew up here. A brokerage that stays in your corner long after the closing table.
Tiffany Burris opened LUXE Realty Group in 2022, after years of leadership inside the San Patricio Association of Realtors. The idea was straightforward: keep real offices in the towns where clients actually live, hire agents who already know the streets, and treat the closing table as the start of the relationship rather than the end of it.
Today that is ten agents across four offices. Nine of them were either born in the Coastal Bend or have called it home for fifteen years or more. When you ask us about a neighbourhood, a school zone, or which side of the bridge floods, you are not getting a search result. You are getting someone who lives there.
Broker & Realtor®
She grew up in Portland, spent years in Corpus Christi, and now lives on Padre Island, which means she has bought, sold and driven nearly every street she works in. Tiffany has held several leadership roles with the San Patricio Association of Realtors and serves as its President.
Her own brokerage opened in 2022. She has been a top producing agent every year since, and she still takes the calls herself. Honesty and follow-through are not a tagline here; they are the reason most of our business arrives by referral.
First house, next house, or a place on the water. We will tell you what a property is actually worth and what it will actually cost you.
For buyers →A no-obligation valuation of your home, grounded in what is genuinely selling nearby, not an algorithm guessing from a postcode.
Free valuation →Professional photography and video, a buyer database built over two decades in this market, and someone who answers the phone.
For sellers →From downtown Corpus Christi to the far side of Copano Bay. Six towns, four offices, and agents who live in each of them.
She was so personal with this being my deceased parents' home. From the moment I met her, I knew she was my agent. Within days we had so many offers. Words cannot describe what she means to me and our family.
She helped me and my wife purchase a home in Corpus Christi while we were still living in New Jersey. There were challenges handling things from 1,800 miles away, but she was always there to help resolve them.
The most patient realtor I've ever met. She met us at the house we were purchasing more than a few times, just so I could see it over and over again. She answered every question in detail.
Plenty of agents disappear once the paperwork is signed. That has never been how this brokerage works, and it is the reason most of our business still arrives by referral.
We bring past clients together in person four times a year. No pitch, no presentation. Just the people we have worked with, in the same room.
Fundraising and charity events across San Patricio and Nueces County. Our agents chair committees, serve on boards and show up on weekends.
Two years after closing, you can still call about a contractor, a tax protest or a neighbour's asking price. Clients do, constantly.
All four offices are open and the coffee is on. We would far rather meet you across a table than over a video call, so pick whichever one is closer.
