Nine of our ten agents were either born in the Coastal Bend or have called it home for fifteen years or more. Between them: farming, teaching, accounting, television news and thirty-two years in a classroom.

Tiffany grew up in Portland, lived in Corpus Christi and now resides on Padre Island. She has held several leadership roles with the San Patricio Association of Realtors and serves as its President.
Her dream of opening her own brokerage became a reality in 2022. She leads by example, thrives on the work, and has been a top producing agent every year. She enjoys beach cruises and boating with her husband Trevor, her daughter Trynity and their dogs Dowdy and Sadie.

Born in Germany and in Corpus Christi since high school, Jennifer graduated from Flour Bluff before taking a marketing degree at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. She produced primetime television news locally, then spent more than a decade in California after marrying a Navy pilot, and jumped at the chance to come home. Licensed in 2025, she brings deep knowledge of Corpus Christi, Kingsville and the surrounding area, sits on the Community Service Committee, and works alongside her daughter Janna.
Kerry Simmons

A lifelong Coastal Bend resident with a finance degree from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and nearly ten years in accounting behind her. Kerry was born into a family of local farmers, which makes her the person to call about land. She reads acreage, access and value the way most agents read a floor plan. Outside work it is her husband and two sons, live music, and the Frio at Concan.

Kim grew up in Portland and raised her family there, and eight years as a Realtor have been backed by continuing education in both real estate and interior design. She will talk you through every step rather than leaving you to guess. A member of Mathis church of Christ, mother of four, homeschooler and 4-H'er, she serves on two CCAR committees. Born and raised in the Coastal Bend, Janna spent more than ten years in customer service before real estate, and it shows in how looked-after her clients feel. Her aim is a straightforward, genuinely enjoyable process on both sides of a transaction. When she is not showing homes she is at school functions and sporting events with her three children, or volunteering through the local Realtors Association.

Born and raised in Corpus Christi and a San Patricio County resident for sixteen years, Cathy has watched both sides of the bridge change and knows what that means for buyers and sellers. A background in legal studies, risk management, marketing and insurance sharpens how she protects a client's position. She has served on the San Patricio County Association of Realtors board, held its Vice President seat and chaired its Community Service Committee.
